- Remote Readiness: Employers want to know you’re set up to work from home. Include phrases like “experience using remote collaboration tools,” “proficient with virtual communication,” or “thrives in independent work settings.”
- Metrics: If you helped reduce call time, processed 200+ claims a week, or hit 98% accuracy in data entry, say that. Numbers stand out.
