Ensemble Health Partners, a recognized leader in revenue cycle management, is hiring remote Scheduling Specialists to assist with diagnostic service appointments. This role is an essential part of helping patients receive the care they need, while also supporting the day-to-day operations of hospitals and healthcare systems across the country.
About the Role
As a Scheduling Specialist, you’ll be responsible for:
- Scheduling and pre-registering patients based on physicians’ orders
- Ensuring accurate medical record selection for safety
- Providing clear instructions to patients and validating insurance details
- Assisting with point-of-service collections and financial counseling
- Maintaining excellent customer service at every step
This job is part of a fast-paced but highly supportive environment. You’ll be using multiple systems and need to be detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable speaking with patients over the phone.
Pay & Work Structure
- 💵 Pay range: $15.75 – $20.90 per hour, based on your experience
- 🏡 Location: 100% remote
- 🕐 Schedule: Full-time (exact hours may vary by department)
Minimum Qualifications
To be considered, you’ll need:
- A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
- Willingness to complete the Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR) certification within 9 months of hire
- Typing speed of 35 WPM or more
- Basic experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- The ability to multitask while using dual screen setups and multiple computer systems
Preferred Experience (Not Required, But Helpful)
- 1–3 years of relevant work experience
- 2 years in a healthcare-related position
- Prior experience with insurance, pre-authorizations, or patient access
- Background in customer service or phone-based roles
