What You’ll Be Doing
As a Customer Service Specialist, you’ll be the first point of contact for policyholders who need support. You’ll work directly with customers over the phone to help them understand and manage their insurance policies.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing high-quality customer service in every interaction
- Answering inbound calls regarding billing, coverage, or policy changes
- Initiating new claims and supporting existing claims
- Guiding customers through the claims process, including damage appraisals or setting up rentals
- Promoting digital self-service tools
- Working across multiple systems accurately and efficiently
What You’ll Need

Base pay for this role is $23/hour, with an annualized salary range of $42,560 to $83,160, depending on your skills and experience. Additional compensation may include bonuses, performance recognition, and other incentive programs.
