Let’s talk about a job that actually matters — where the work is meaningful, the benefits are stacked, and the mission is centered on care. Axia Women’s Health is currently hiring Patient Support Representatives (PSRs) to help improve the way women access and experience healthcare. If you love organization, giving amazing customer service, and being a helpful face (or voice) for others — this might be your next move.
And yes, it’s full-time with benefits that start the very next month after hire. Let’s get into it.
What You’ll Be Doing as a PSR
This isn’t a sit-back-and-scroll job — you’ll be on the frontline of support, helping patients get the care they need with professionalism and kindness. Here’s a peek at what your days might include:
- Answering inbound calls with professionalism and redirecting them where they need to go
- Returning messages from patients and routing them to the appropriate staff
- Greeting visitors and patients (virtually or in person), and helping them find their way
- Scheduling appointments and finalizing the daily schedule
- Explaining copays and helping with the check-in/check-out process
- Updating or activating patient files with accuracy and care
- Scanning, uploading, and organizing documents into patient charts
- Protecting patient privacy by following all HIPAA and confidentiality rules
You’ll also be expected to stay flexible, jump in when needed, and always keep the patient experience top of mind.
Who They’re Looking For
Axia isn’t just hiring anyone — they want people who are:
- Cool under pressure and able to handle fast-paced days
- Skilled at customer service — especially on the phone
- Flexible when priorities shift
- Focused on supporting the team, not just themselves
- Passionate about women’s health and committed to quality care
- Available to work full-time (40 hours per week)
What You’ll Need to Qualify
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- 2–4 years of experience in a call center or scheduling environment (required)
- Phone-based customer service skills (preferred)
If you’ve ever worked with patients, booked appointments, or handled incoming calls in a medical setting — this is your time to shine.
Let’s talk perks. Axia shows up for their employees just like they show up for their patients. Full-time team members get access to:
- Medical, dental, and vision plans — with options
- 401(k) match with no vesting period
- Generous PTO (plus extra days for volunteering)
- Paid life insurance, short- and long-term disability
- Free counseling services for you and your family
- Access to Axia providers with little to no cost
- Additional options like HSA/FSA, identity theft protection, long-term care, pet insurance, and more!
This company has been named a Great Place to Work® three years in a row — and once you see the culture and support they offer, it’s easy to understand why.
This role is perfect for someone who’s organized, compassionate, and ready to make an impact in women’s health. You’ll be a key player in helping patients feel seen, heard, and cared for — while building a career with one of the most respected names in the field.
If that sounds like a job you’d love to wake up to each morning, you should check it out!
