They’re looking for people who are punctual, reliable, good communicators, and NOT scared of a little multi-tasking. If you’ve ever worked in retail or a call center before, this will feel familiar — but this time, it’s from home.
The Basics You’ll Need
- Type at least 25 WPM (nothing wild, just decent typing skills)
- Comfortable with Outlook and Word
- High school diploma or GED required
- 6+ months of customer service experience preferred
- Bonus if you’ve worked in retail, contact centers, or anywhere that needed people skills and a computer
The Pay + Perks

The hourly range is $16.00 to $28.00 depending on experience, shift, and any added premiums.
