Hilton Grand Vacations is currently hiring for a remote Marketing Agent role. This work-from-home opportunity involves working directly with potential customers over the phone to help promote timeshare and marketing packages, as well as assisting with membership-related issues.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Call leads from assigned campaigns and transfer calls to the correct department, such as Sales Executives, Telemarketing Agents, or Customer Service.
- Help generate sales volume by transferring calls related to timeshare or marketing package interest.
- Answer inbound calls from various campaigns and route them appropriately.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude when speaking with Hilton guests, coworkers, supervisors, and managers.
- Achieve individual performance goals related to sales and marketing.
- Confirm that guests meet minimum eligibility requirements for sales center tours.
- Share only approved Hilton Grand Vacations information and ensure it is accurate.
Minimum Qualifications
- Superior sales knowledge with the ability to close sales.
- Basic computer and math skills.
- Goal-oriented and detail-focused.
- Familiarity with the timeshare industry.
- Ability to manage difficult customers and phone conversations.
- Must live in one of the following approved work-from-home states:
