Position: Data Entry Operator (Remote)
As a Data Entry Operator, you will play a key role in processing child support payments using SMI’s proprietary system. You’ll ensure timely and accurate data entry for both paper and electronic payments—all while working from the comfort of your own home.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process child support payments in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures
- Maintain accuracy and efficiency in entering both paper and electronic data
- Support other administrative tasks as assigned
Knowledge & Skills Required:
- Familiarity with SDU (State Disbursement Unit) payment processing policies and procedures
- Understanding of SMI systems and modern office technologies
- Ability to work independently with a keen attention to detail
- Strong time management skills with the ability to meet strict deadlines
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Schedule:
- Monday through Friday: 4:00 AM – 12:30 PM ET
Requirements:
- Must reside in AL, FL, GA, KS, MO, NC, OH, SC, TN, TX, or WV
- High school diploma or equivalent with at least one year of data entry experience
- OR equivalent combination of education and experience
- Fluent in English
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and general data entry software
- Must pass a background check and drug test
- Must have a quiet workspace, room for company-provided equipment, and high-speed internet
