Walmart is hiring!! The Walmart Contact Center specializes in providing best-in-class service to customers, stores, and associates via phone, chat, email. They are looking for career minded, customer centric individuals who are experienced in providing best-in-class customer service.
This is a temporary 90 day assignment and may be extended based on your performance and business needs.
Essential Job Functions
As a Customer Care Resolution Coordinator, you will take a high volume of incoming calls, chats, and emails from customers, stores, and associates while navigating multiple systems to aid in answering questions and resolving issues.
Customer Care Coordinators must have the ability to communicate professionally in a conversational manner while utilizing all available resources to ensure customer satisfaction. To exceed our customers’ needs, our associates must be punctual, reliable, problem solve, act with integrity and be dedicated to making a difference.
- Must type a minimum of 25 WPM
- Proficient with Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word)
- High school diploma or GED
- Successful completion of mandatory training
- Customer service experience
- Preferred – 6 months experience in a contact center or retail environment
- Preferred – 6 months experience with computer processing/data entry software
Hours: Center provides 24/7 customer care with a variety of shift opportunities.
