Accenture is actively hiring Scheduling Reps! At Activus Connect, their team works full time, part-time and flex shifts. They provide access to a full suite of benefits including paid time off, medical and life insurance, 401k, access to earned daily pay and many other perks.
You will be making outgoing calls to Veterans, assisting them with scheduling their CCN appointments. This includes, but is not limited to, collecting their scheduling preferences, assisting with questions related to scheduling, or other general scheduling related inquiries. You will also be taking incoming calls, handling the same inquiries and questions as well.
What you will do
- Follow all HIPAA regulations to protect patient privacy
- Understand and follow VA program procedures and processes.
- Utilize provided tools, resources, and scripts to provide excellent service
- Manage time-sensitive tasks
- Initiate calls to medical providers to update information in their patient records
- Research systems to find missing information, and coordinate with other departments as necessary to resolve issues
- Other tasks as needed
To qualify
- Must have a High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum 6 months of professional experience, preferably in a call center type role
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and general computer/internet usage
- Proficient in written and spoken English
- United States Citizenship Required
The Details
- Hourly Rate: $16.00 per hour, H&W Rate is: $4.41 per hour (up to 40 hours) – Total Compensation $20.41 per hour
- This is a Full-Time position, part time hours are not available
- Training is paid as well
- Benefit eligible after 60 days (Medical, Vision, Dental and 401k)
- This is a fully remote position, 100% work from home
- Schedules are 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM PAC M-F
