The first Member Care Specialist role has a start date of 3/20/23.
Training duration and hours: 3/20/23 – 6/9/23, Monday through Friday 9:30 am to 6pm EST
Shift after training:Will be assigned a 8 hour shift with scheduled breaks between 8:00 am to 6:30 pm EST, Monday through Friday.
In this role: You will review members’ enrollment or claims history ensuring accuracy of billing and enrollment and application of deductible and member responsibility & MORE.
