What Will I Be Doing?

What qualifications do I need?
- 1 year of customer service-related experience (preferred)
- 1 year of call center (preferred)
- Laptop or Desktop with minimum specifications to meet: i5 6th generation or better, 2gHz processor or faster, Windows 10 Operating System, 8gbRAM or more – 2 monitors (Chromebooks and Macbooks are not compatible) **Please note- some positions do provide the computer**
- High-speed internet minimum requirements
- Basic knowledge of computers e.g navigation, 30+ words per minute, copy/paste, open tabs (required)
- Excellent grammar, punctuation, and spelling (required)
