As a customer care advocate, you will earn $20 per hour plus an annual bonus up to 5% based on company and individual performance. Additionally, you will be eligible for a $1,000 sign on bonus following one year of service. The company also has a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, wellness, flexible spending accounts, retirement benefits, life insurance, STD and LTD.
