Customer Service Representative(s) – In this role: You will respond to and resolve, on the first call, customer service inquires and issues by identifying the topic and type of assistance the caller needs such as benefits, eligibility and claims, financial spending accounts and correspondence.
This is high volume, customer service environment. You’ll need to be efficient, productive and thorough dealing with our members over the phone.
This position is full-time (40 hours/week) Monday – Sunday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 8:00am – 8:00pm local time. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime. We offer 8 weeks of paid training. The hours during training will be 8:00am to 4:30pm Monday-Friday. Training will be conducted virtually from your home.

Customer Service Care Coordinator(s) – In this role: You will be responsible for providing compassionate customer service and issue resolution to members. Direct phone – based customer interaction to answer and resolve a wide variety of inquiries. This role is responsible for coordination of member navigation plans with health plan clinical and non-clinical staff supporting members enrolled in DSNP benefits including members, or families with members, identified as having complex illness.

Customer Service Representative (OptumRx Specialty/Infusion) $750 Sign on BONUS – In this role: You’ll take incoming calls, as many as 50 to 70 calls per day, from members who have questions about their prescriptions.
This position is full-time (up to 40 hours/week) Sunday- Saturday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 7:00 am-9:00 pm local time. Standard training days are Monday – Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm CST however depending on location training hours could include 7:00 am to 3:30 pm CST OR 9:00 am to 5:30 pm CST. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime. Training will be conducted virtually from your home.
