From the company: “Chat Care Associates will assist guests with needs related to existing reservations, hotel information inquiries, and loyalty program questions and account assistance. This service will be provided via live chat coming from Hyatt.com, mobile app and other sources. A high level of customer service orientation while exhibiting strong written and verbal communication skills is necessary. Colleagues will be expected to assist up to 3 guests at a time through chat, so the ability to multi-task within several systems without impact to the guest is required. Must be computer savvy and have the ability to type and utilize keyboard functions to navigate multiple programs and screens quickly and accurately.”

 

Training will begin on September 21, 2021.  Training hours are 9:00am – 5:30pm Central Standard Time, Monday-Friday for 6 weeks.
