Customer Service Representatives needed to Work from Home – NO WEEKENDS!

Alorica is hiring Customer Service Representative(s) to work from home! Must be flexible an reliable. $15hr.

 

 




 

 

Job Duties Will Include (but not limited to):

  • Assist callers with unemployment claims
  • Refer escalated calls to appropriate department
  • Provide excellent customer service at all times

Requirements:

  • MUST pass a systems diagnostic test to confirm your equipment meets the requirments
  • HSD/GED
  • 6 months of customer service experience preferred

Hours of operations are 7:00am-8:00pm CST, Monday through Friday, Full Time Only, NO WEEKENDS

 

Open to residents of AL, AR, FL, GA, ID, IA, KS, LA, MD, MS, MO, NE, NJ, NC, SC, OK, TN, TX, UT, WV, MI (except Ann Arbor, East Pointe, Ingham County), and VA (except Alexandria)
