Accenture STILL needs more Unemployment Customer Service Representatives. They hire pretty QUICK too!! *Laptop Provided.

 

 

 

In this role: You will accept a high volume of inbound calls from unemployment applicants, perform chat services, follow scripts, and process claims accordingly.

 

PAID TRAINING IS PROVIDED!!

 

Additionally, The State of Maryland needs Unemployment Claims Processors. *You DO NOT need to live in Maryland.*

 

In this role: You will actively assist the State in processing unemployment claims.

 

MUST be willing to work either shift 8:00am-4:30pm EST or 9:30am-6:30pm EST M-F. , Must work 1-2 4hr shift per month on Sat or Sun

 

High School Diploma REQUIRED, hiring in EST, CST, or MST (Time Zones).

 

BONUS: Call Center Agent(s) also needed for the client’s Pandemic Electronic Benefit Transfer (P-EBT) program. In this position, you will take customer support phone calls.

 

MUST be able work shift schedule of Monday-Friday/8:00am-6:00pm PST (9:00am-7:00pm MST / 10:00am-8:00pm CST / 11:00am-9:00am EST) for this positon.
