The Hartford has once again opened up their PART-TIME CSR position. This is an AMAZING opportunity for those looking for a work at home CAREER with a great company that pays well.
In this role: You will answer inquiries from existing customers and clients and other affiliated partners regarding insurance questions or problems you will handle a variety of inbound telephone calls. No selling involved and you will receive ongoing training and support as you build your career at The Hartford. Hourly rate up to $22.00 per hour with quarterly incentives for meeting objectives.

Virtual Training Requirements:
- Training Hours:
- First four weeks you can choose between a morning session or an afternoon session for each day.
- Post Training Hours:
- Schedules will be set by your manager who you will work with directly to be flexible to your own schedule. You can expect to work an average of 15 hours per week which will flex with yours and your co-worker’s schedules. Hours will be scheduled within our contact center hours of operations 9:00am-6:00pm ET Monday through Friday.
