Online Chat Representatives – In this role: You will navigate concurrent chat sessions to the point of resolution, including but not limited to customer service inquiries, complaints and requests for assistance pertaining to system use, maintenance, and customer account information. Customer Service Monitoring Representatives – In this role: You will handle incoming alarm calls and placing outgoing calls to verify alarm activity, dispatching the proper authorities, and notifying responsible parties. MUST live in the following states for this position: Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, Nebraska, North Dakota, Oklahoma, South Dakota, Texas, and Virginia, Irving, Knoxville and Jacksonville.
Customer Service Representative(s) – In this role: You will be the first point of contact for ADT customers. You MUST live in the following states for this position: Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, Nebraska, North Dakota, Oklahoma, South Dakota, Texas, and Virginia.
