TTEC is actively hiring and they have TONS of openings. I am currently in contact with a recruiter and I have been informed that they need around 1600 people between now and November. Pay is $15 per hour for English speakers & $16 for Bilingual speakers. Full-Time WITH benefits.
In this role: You will take calls assisting customers with their insurance questions, modifying polices, taking payments, etc. (Variety of calls, must be able to handle upset customers)
You MUST have open availability Monday-Saturday from 8am – 8:30pm PST & call center experience. This position does require you to have a quiet workspace, and the ability to focus completely on training and taking calls during your shift.
The company will ship you a computer, two monitors, keyboard, and mouse. This position requires you to use multiple monitors to navigate between multiple programs during each call. Hard wired is REQUIRED, WI-FI will not be sufficient. (You can use an ethernet cord to connect to your router).
Training starts 7/20/21 – Training will be Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm PST (100% attendance is required) for 4-6 weeks. You will be required to use your own USB wired headset. Must have open flexibility for your schedule – as you will be assigned a schedule between Monday to Saturday 8AM-8:30PM, PST (You’ll work 8-hour shifts, 5 days a week, schedule will be provided by Workforce) – This position requires a background screen, employment verification of the last 5 years, education verification (high school diploma or GED required), and drug screen.
