Transcom is actively recruiting Customer Service & Technical Support Advisors for their work at home positions. These are Full-Time, employee positions with training & equipment provided.
For the Customer Service position, you’ll support the client’s customers with their questions related to billing and account maintenance. Customers may have questions about services on their account, need help enrolling in or canceling a service, or disputing a charge.
MUST be able to work a full-time work week of 32-40 hours, with overtime opportunities as needed.
<p>You will be provided an all-in-one computer, monitor, and headset. Although equipment is provided, you will need a home desktop or laptop computer that is hardwired using an Ethernet connection to complete the typing and internet speed assessments during the application. For the Technical Support position, you’ll assist the company’s Telecommunications client to support their customers with smartphones, tablets, and computers. As a CSR, you’ll listen to the caller and use your technical expertise, and passion for outstanding customer service, to answer questions about products and services, or troubleshoot technical issues to find solutions.
