As an Agency Services Chat Specialist you will be responsible for handling agent inquiries and addressing various types of property and casualty process and billing inquires via our messaging/chat platform.
Start Date: Friday, June 4th, 2021
Shift: 10:30AM – 7:00PM EST, Monday – Friday with rotational Saturdays
Pay: Compensation for this position will be $16.00 per hour
Training Schedule: 10:30AM – 7:00PM. Training is 5 weeks with an additional 8 weeks in Transition/Nesting
