Pay Rate: Pay is $13.50 per hour plus bonuses You will be paid once per month via direct deposit, with a bi weekly pay option. Hours of operation for agents: Are you available to consistently show 50 hours of availability weekly between the hours of: Monday- Friday 7:00 am to 7:00 pm EST Saturday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm EST Sunday 9:00 am to 1:00 pm EST (this is a generated schedule weekly based off of your availability daily)
Training: Training is done virtually and will consist of virtual instructor led and self-paced learning You must first attend an orientation session (Times TBD) Training spans across 6 days and is paid (payment will be discussed if invited to orientation) 100% attendance is required in all phases of the on boarding process and Employee Benefits Paid Time Off (PTO) Health, medical and dental plans are available after 60 days worked (full time) Weekly prize drawings (company gives out Ipads, 50inch 4K Smart TVs and gaming systems just to name a few).
