ACD Direct – ACD Agents typically services nonprofit organizations. Usually, you will be taking donation & customer service phone calls.
Lionbridge – This work here is super easy. You will simply be rating the relevancy of web search pages. They also have social media raters and ad evaluator positions as well.
Pleio – Plieo hires independent contractors to remind people on the important of taking their medication on a routine schedule. This is great if you like working with seniors.
Verafast – Verafast does appointment scheduling, verification calls, customer service overflow and more.
Working Solutions – This company frequently hires customer service reps for different roles. These roles can be: hospitality, healthcare, sales & more. They have a few open now.
ModSquad – ModSquad is usually always hiring in some capacity. They work with a variety of companies needing customer service agents.
NexRep – Actively hiring, NexRep has several different campaigns that they offer, these can include: food, fashion, hospitality, healthcare, non profit, electronics, As Seen on TV and more.
Fancy Hands – This is virtual assistant work, I share this often because it was my very first work at home gig that changed my life. The work is always different, one task can be researching the best places to eat in New York city and the next can be scheduling a dentist appointment for someones child. Loved it here.
Onpoint Advocacy – This company does outbound outreach via telephone.
Time etc. – Another company who actively hires virtual assistants. You will be doing several different tasks, including but not limited to, scheduling travel arrangements, typing documents, scheduling doctors appointments, updating social media and much more.
